These terms apply to Kool Photos at i41.kool-photos.com. By using the service, you agree to them and the Content Guidelines. You should use the service only if you are legally able to accept these conditions.
The photographer’s rights
Ownership remains with the person or organization holding the rights. Unauthorized copyrighted content is prohibited. Share photographs you own, photographs licensed to you or material you are otherwise lawfully entitled to use. Observe the license and any attribution requirements.
If you provide a photograph for hosting, you authorize only the reproduction, storage and delivery needed to fulfill the hosting request.
The people in the photograph
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited. Do not upload, store, request, distribute or link to such material. Non-consensual intimate photographs, threats, harassment and harmful disclosures of personal information are also forbidden.
Care for account access
Maintain accurate account details and protect your password. Do not misuse another person’s account, deceive visitors with links, circulate malware or interfere with the service.
An image may not remain available
Keep your original photographs independently. Access and features may change, and no permanent retention or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Breaches may result in removal or account restrictions; suspected illegal activity may be referred to appropriate authorities.
These terms leave intact legal rights that cannot be waived or excluded.
Concerns and later editions
Our Content Guidelines describe how to document a concern. A copyright notice should identify the image, the original work and the authority of the person making it. Updated terms will be published here.
